If your income has been affected by the disruption of the coronavirus please do not panic, our funders are offering a range of solutions to help affected customers.

Below is a brief summary from each of our funders along with their contact details to allow you to discuss your personal situation with them further.

Our Fundamental Principles are to keep our colleagues, partners and customers safe. We take matters which may impact our customers very seriously. Our aim is to support anyone affected by COVID-19 and we have a business continuity plan ready to implement should we need to.

If your income has been impacted by COVID-19 and you feel that you will struggle to meet your payments, please contact us on 0343 351 9021 or email RAMT@hitachicapital.co.uk and we will happily discuss the options available. We will take into account your current circumstances and try to offer you the support you need.

The Hitachi Team are experiencing a high volume of calls at the moment so please be patient.

As the impact of coronavirus is felt across the UK, you may have concerns about how it could affect you or your business so, we’ve put in place some additional support and information to help.

If your income has been affected by coronavirus, we have a range of options to help you.

Please contact us on 0800 389 3690 option 4 for payments, who will be able to support you through the options available or email Customer.Services@lexautolease.co.uk and mark in the subject field ‘Payment Deferment Request’.

Due to the high volumes of calls and emails we are currently experiencing, our call waiting times are longer than normal. To help us focus on supporting customers most in need of support, please only contact us if your next payment is due within 14 days.

We understand that COVID-19 is an unprecedented, deeply concerning and difficult time for everyone. If you feel that you may have an issue with payment please get in touch with Alphabet immediately to discuss your concerns. Our team of experienced advisors will treat each case individually and will work with you to support where we can, based on your individual circumstances.
